The Swannanoa Country Fair is currently looking to partner with Sponsors for our 2022 Fair. Sponsorship is assigned on a first come basis, so we encourage you to register your interest early to ensure you do not miss out on this fantastic event and great advertising opportunity. As a Sponsor you will directly support our children and the community.

Community Sponsorship

We are looking for school community sponsors for our 2022 Fair.

A major fundraiser to support Swannanoa School, this amazing community event now attracts thousands of people from all over the South Island and is one of the most popular and fun days in the regional event calendar.

We have three tiers available for Community sponsorship:

Gold Sponsor $500

Limited to 5 sponsors
Large logo included in monthly Fair newsletters
Large logo and website/Facebook link on Fair website for 12 months
Logo and small paragraph on your Business included in an individual Gold
Sponsor's post to Facebook prior to the Fair.
Signage and branding of a picnic table in the chill out zone (all signage to be provided by you)
4 Free passes to the Fair

Silver Sponsor $350

Limited to 10 sponsors
Medium logo included in monthly Fair newsletters
Medium logo and website/Facebook link on Fair website for 12 months
Logo included in a combined Silver Sponsor's post to Facebook prior to the Fair.
2 Free passes to the Fair

Bronze Sponsor $150

Limited to 10 sponsors
Small logo included in monthly Fair newsletters
Small logo and website/Facebook link on Fair website for 12 months
Logo included in a combined Bronze Sponsor's post to Facebook prior to the Fair.

Auction Items

Always a big draw card, each year we are able to raise money with the generous help of the Bayleys team and some fantastic items up for auction. If your business has something special, a great offer, or something that everyone will want, we would love to include it in our Auction. We are looking for unique items perfect for an auction environment and this year we will be auctioning some exciting themed auction packs. To keep up to date with Auction items follow us on Facebook, they will be launched online the week prior to the Fair.

Mitre 10 Mystery Buckets

These have been incredibly popular over the last two years, selling out within an hour of the Fair opening. Buckets contain all kinds of promotional items, samples, discount vouchers etc. from various companies. We'd love to hear from you if you'd like to donate goods, products, vouchers or samples to these buckets.
