Swannanoa Country Fair
is back for 2024!

Kids Zone - proudly brought to you by KidsBase.

This year we have a massive Kids Zone within the fair grounds with a huge range of activities for all ages. There'll be a bouncy castle, pony rides, horizontal bungy, dunk tank, face painting, hair braiding and lots more.

We are excited to announce that Angus Gunn of Top Gunn Lifestyle Services Ltd is helping us to bring the "Country" back to the Swannanoa Country Fair. There will be demonstrations, farm machinery, kids activities and much more to check out on the day. 

Be early for the Monster White Elephant sale, which is a must for those seeking a bargain. Follow us on Facebook for drop off times if you have items to donate.

Our live Auction takes place in the centre ring at 12.00 pm.  Auction items will be listed on the website when confirmed. Please note there will be no Credit Card facilities available on the day, Eftpos and Cash only. 

Food Market - proudly brought to you by Mandeville SuperValue.

Our school families and community prepare and sell all of the food available on the day, with a wonderful selection of food to tempt the taste buds, including sausage sizzles, wraps, filled rolls, bacon sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, hot chips, cake by the slice and candy floss along with cold drinks. Coffee is available from 3 different coffee vans located around the venue.

Make sure you visit our cake stall too, which is always extremely popular with its array of delicious homemade cakes, biscuits and treats.

Our plant stall will be selling a wide selection of beautiful perennials, hedging and native plants. They are all locally sourced plants which thrive in Canterbury conditions. Our plants are priced to go on the day so come and fill your garden for a bargain! Our produce stall will feature lots of fresh local produce for sale grown by Te Koromiko Swannanoa School families and the local community. From free range eggs, nuts, vegetables, jams to chutneys and bottled goods. If you'd like to donate produce please get in touch via email.
