There is something for everyone from preschoolers to teenagers including water walkers, large inflatables and bouncy castles, pony rides, face painting, miniature train and lots more.

White Elephant Sale, Auction and Raffles

Be early for the Monster White Elephant sale, which is a must for those seeking a bargain or try your luck at bidding for one of our may items at the live auction. There will be heaps of bucket raffles on the day filled with all sorts of goodies.... you never know your luck!

Country Themed Demonstrations & Talks

This year we have introduced a series of demonstrations and talks with a country theme. Come down and hear some tips on Bee Keeping, The do's and don'ts on looking after your septic tank, important tips on caring for your chickens, how to create great composting for that vege patch or even a worm farm plus much more....

Helicopter Rides

We are lucky to have Garden City Helicopters back again this year providing helicopter flights, get to see the action from the air and experience the thrill of the ride.

Firebrigade Hose Splash

This is always a hit with the kids (and adults) if it is a beautiful Canterbury day and is quite the experience. Maybe pop a towel in and come and enjoy!

Food, drinks and our famous Cake Stall

Make sure you visit our cake stall too, which is always extremely popular with its array of delicious homemade cakes, biscuits, treats and fresh produce.There is also a wonderful selection of food to tempt the tastebuds including sausage sizzles, spit roast, wraps, sandwiches, pies, ice creams, candy floss along with soft drinks, and tea and coffee.

Live entertainment all day!

There will be a live band through out the day, come by the stage to see the wonderful Swannanoa School Kapa Haka group preform and watch exciting displays from the Waimak Dog Agility Group as well as demonstrations from the NZ Fire Brigade.
